Domestic Orders

All domestic orders are generally dispatched same day, however it can take up to 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via economy s service without tracking.

Faster delivery method can be chosen during the checkout.

Our shipping rates:

Standard Delivery (4-6 working days) – £3.95
Tracked 48 (4-6 working days) – £4.95
Tracked24 (2-4 working days) – £5.95
Express Mon-Fri (1-2 working days) – £8.95
Express Weekend (1-2 working days) £10.95

Delivery timescales may vary during holidays and Christmas period.

International Orders

All International orders are generally dispatched same day, however it can take up to 2 working days after receipt of payment and are usually shipped via International Tracked service. Due to our security requirements and customer reassurance this shipping method is non-negotiable. Once your order is dispatched we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

From 1 July 2021, there are changes for items being sold into the EU from United Kingdom. This means ALL items sold to the EU will be subject to the local rate of VAT and charges of the destination country.

Customs & Import Taxes

We do not collect international taxes for our orders, meaning that, all orders are being dispatched with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once the goods arrive at the agreed-upon location, the buyer becomes responsible for paying import duties, as well as further transport costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Folker Crafts restricts the right to be responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight & dimensions of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package will be dispatched with a special care taken to protect fragile objects.
